Together we will move through and acknowledge this landscape through invitations for breathing, nature contemplation, poetic reflection, mindfulness, creativity and expressive movement. We will draw on inspiration and metaphors from nature to help guide this eco-somatic experience and offer you invitations to be with your body and breath.
