Holistic psychotherapy and counselling combines knowledge from neuroscience, biochemistry, somatic therapy, and narrative psychotherapy, while also drawing on the timeless wisdom of Buddhist psychology and nature-based traditions. It is a multi-dimensional approach because humans themselves are complex. In practice, it’s essentially a healthy and supportive chat with a compassionate person who listens deeply and gently guides the client toward greater clarity and self-awareness.
