Holistic psychotherapy and counselling brings together insights from neuroscience, biochemistry, somatic and narrative psychotherapy, whilst also drawing from the time-tested wisdom of Buddhist psychology and nature-based traditions. Holistic Psychotherapy is multi-dimensional because humans are. As we practice it, it’s really just a healthy chat with a kind person equipped to listen beneath the surface and guide a client, gently to a deeper clarity and self-knowledge.
