Thanks for landing on this page. I’m Lisa and I’m based on beautiful Ngunawal country, Canberra. What sparks my interest most in life is people, creativity and nature.

I am qualified as a Holistic Psychotherapist, Rapport Based relating coach, Breathwork Practitioner,  Nature-based meditation Facilitator, and Community-engager. Through my work I am committed to being in deep presence with those I work with; and am committed to holding people in respectful and intentional space. It is my intention to bring curiosity, openness, gentleness, and integrity to my sessions.

Sessions with me are client-led and designed to help bring insight, clarity, support mind-body awareness and bring balance to the nervous system. I am interested in helping people tap into their inner resources and wisdom, to bring more agency, ease and vitality to their lives. I am also passionate about helping people find wonder beyond, and within the mundane world and find ways to be more fully present in their bodies, and lives. With a background in nature-based facilitation, community development, breathwork, movement, and the arts, I value the profound link between humans and nature, and the importance of creativity and the body.

My background qualifications are in ecology, and have a PhD and experience working in human geography. I am curious about transpersonal and liminal reparative spaces and ways these can be created through deep listening; community-based art; movement/dance; breath; meditation; play; and nature spaces. This background and these interests help inform my practice and passion for trying to help support humans to better care for, and connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.

My sessions are trauma-informed and I welcome individuals at any stage of personal growth. My special interest areas of human challenge include: chronic illness, life transitions, being a younger or older person, ecological grief, burnout, stress, anxiety, grief, finding purpose and creative expression.

I am available for one on-one sessions (in person or online) and group sessions. All welcome! Please free free to get in touch for a free 15 minute call to find out if this would be a good fit for you.
